To identify factors that are associated with healthy aging and cognitive performance over time are currently running 2 longitudinal cohort studies with healthy volunteers.
The concept is that all participants are characterized with a detailed clinical and neuropsychological examination, multimodal imaging including Amyloid (all participants)-and Tau-PET (subgroup), questionnaires for the assessments of quality of life and important lifestyle factors as well as biological sampling for analyses of biomolecules including immune analyses. Participants are followed over time with repetitive assessments and characterized for change in cognition.
